Our Cancellation Policy

We ask our patients that have scheduled appointments to be mindful that the clinic will require 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment.  This allows us the time required to offer those appointments to other patients in need.

Our regular treatment fee will be applied for missed appointments when 24 hour notification has not been received.

We understand that certain circumstances out of your control can emerge unexpectedly from time to time that prevent patients from giving us 24 hour notice.  Please feel free to discuss your circumstances with us if such a matter does occur and we will be happy to use our discretion when applying billing for missed appointments.
